Day to Day.
The operating system for music managers.
The releases, the music, the live runs, the deals, the money. One workspace, used by managers running real rosters every day.
Join the waitlistThe role keeps getting bigger. The tools haven't caught up.
Strategy, A&R, marketing, creative direction, socials, live, finance. A manager today covers more ground than ever, and it is all held together with group chats, voicenotes and a spreadsheet on version 17.
So we built it ourselves.
One workspace, for the whole job.
We are managers ourselves and could not find a single tool that held the work together. Releases, music, live, deals, money, calendar, the daily admin. All wired into one workspace. Edit one number in one place, every surface reads it. Built around how the job actually runs, not how a tool wants it to.
Your roster, at a glance.
Built for management companies running four to ten artists, where the whole team logs in to the same view. Every artist, every commitment this week, every flag that needs you today.
Good morning. 3 things need you today.
Artist 02
Every artist gets their own workspace.
Switching artists takes one click. Inside, four modules cover the music itself. Wired together, so when a release date moves the campaign, calendar and socials all reflect it.
A workspace per release. Album rollouts, singles and EP campaigns. Strategy, brief, plan and commercial in one place.
The full catalogue. Versions from demo to master, credits, recording costs, and signed private listening sessions.
Headline runs, supports, festivals. End-to-end tour management with routing, logistics, travel and tech, plus in-built budgeting and reporting.
The release plan and the social plan side by side. Copy, assets and a cross-platform calendar that ladders up to the rollout.
The work behind the music.
A manager's day is more than the music. The deal in negotiation. The sync getting drafted. The advance that has not been invoiced. The settlement overdue from a promoter four weeks ago.
All of it sits in Day to Day too.
Listening sessions,
built in.
Every demo, mix and master kept on the artist's catalogue. Signed private listening links sent to A&Rs, sync supervisors and label execs without a third-party platform. And the analytics: who played, from where, how often. Revoke instantly when it is time.
One link.
Always up to date.
Send the link once. Keep editing on your side. When the recipient opens it again, the timeline, the music, the assets, the shows and the strategy are all current. One source of truth for the rollout, no more version 14 of the deck floating around.
Debut album · spring rollout

The whole financial
picture, in sync.
Every flow on an artist's money tied together. The advance from the deal, the partnership fee, the recording budget, the marketing budget, the tour support. Edit one number, every surface reads it. The full picture, moving in real time.
£82k committed of £114k. +£166k of advance still uncommitted.
Built by managers, for managers.
Between us we have been managing artists for 10+ years, looking after developing, independent and major artists as well as producers and writers throughout our careers.
Day to Day started as a set of spreadsheets we kept rebuilding for each new artist on the roster. The sheets kept getting longer, the WhatsApp threads kept multiplying, and the half a dozen tools we were paying for stopped fitting together. So we built the workspace we wanted. We used it ourselves, then handed it to a few friends in management, and now it is in private beta with a wider group.
We are still managing artists. We use this every day.
